There are no refunds. All sales are final.

If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Our buggies provide an exciting yet safe alternative to riding 4-wheelers as each Buggy is equipped with 4-point racing style seat belts as well as a reinforced full roll cage. You cannot "fall off" of our buggies. These vehicles are low to the ground and very stable which makes for a thrilling ride as you can really push the limits in relative safety.

Operating or being a passenger in any ORV entails a certain amount of risk. Operation of any rental equipment is at renter's own risk. We assume no liability regarding property damage, loss, theft, or personal injury.

~ Minimum age on most rentals is 18 years. (passenger excluded)

Operation of off-road vehicles is not allowed North of Pole #2, beyond any fenced areas, on any vegetation, near or at any wildlife, or in any identified archeological or paleontological sites. It is illegal to remove any artifacts from the dunes. The speed limit on the beach or within 150 ft. of any campsite is 15 mph, and must be kept reasonable and within your control on the dunes. Careless or reckless driving will result in termination of your ride.

All participants should wear long pants, gym shoes, and long sleeve shirts. The minimum passenger age is 4 years old.
