There are no refunds. All sales are final.

If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

We pick you up at the hotel and head north toward the ranch, which is a pleasant drive through rolling desert hills and where you can see farther than you ever dreamed. See where the Indians dug gold while prisoners of the Spaniards in the 1770s and the mountain pass where the Ol' Spanish Trail wound through Nevada into California.

With a good horse under you out west, you'll feel a part of the ol' Dalton Gang. After the ride, enjoy our mouth-watering cowboy meal.

Q: HOW LONG ARE WE ON THE HORSES?
A: Approximately 2 hours

Q: WHAT IS THE ACTUAL TOUR TIME?
A: For the lunch ride, the actual time out on the tour is 3.5 to 4 hours. Pick-up, drop-off and transportation to and from the ranch are not included in these times. The total time hotel-to-hotel is approximately 6 hours.

Q: WHAT KIND OF CLOTHES DO I NEED TO WEAR?
A: Please wear long pants, comfortable loose fitting clothes, closed toe shoes, a hat, and in the winter please wear layered clothing.

Q: WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO BRING?
A: Please bring sunscreen!

Q: DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING TO DRINK?
A: Bottled water is provided during all rides; plus, beverages are served at the meals.

Q: WE ARE A GROUP, HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN BE ON A TOUR?
A: We can accomadate up to 50 people on our tours. For groups of more than 50, please call us at 800-611-4895.

Q: HOW IS THE WEATHER?
A: In winter months (December, January, February) it can be cold in the mornings and evenings. Please wear layered clothing and a hat. In spring and fall months (March, April, May, September, October, November) it's beautiful but can be cool in the mornings and the evenings, and the days can be warm. In summer months (June, July, August) it's warm but comfortable. Sun screen and a hat are a must! Please no shorts or open toe shoes.

Q: ARE THERE ANY WEIGHT LIMITS?
A: We try to accommodate people of all sizes, but there are limits. Larger people (300lbs.+) with good athletic ability are not a problem; but, for those of us who are not professional athletes, give us a call at the time of making your reservations and we will make every possible effort to accommodate your needs.
